I don't know why a place has to go and tarnish their reputation like that. Should have been

handled a bit more diplomatically by them. I hope you get your unit/money back.

I second that. He sold me equipment that does not work as advertised...

I ordered a set of S4 mirrors (Because I blew one of my mirrors off), they were advertised as Heated, Power, Auto-Folding, Reverse Tilt, AutoDimming. Trouble is I installed one and they don't work with memory or with reverse tilt as advertised. The ones shipped have less wires on the connector than the factory. I emailed Sky and advised him of this several times. He looked into the differences and asked what was needed from the dealer to make it work. So I told him what i had to buy to make it work and asked what he was going to do to compensate for the fact he sold equipment that doesn't work as advertised. I emailed again a few weeks later.
