Update on Lease Screw-up (More), thanks for the help

Well, I went in to the dealer and talked to them. If I wanted to fight it they'd take the car back. There were two things I took into consideration:

1. They sold the car at 1k over invoice

2. They gave me trade-in on my A4 much more than it was worth.

So, I negotiated a Audi Ski rack from them and signed the lease.

They can't take the car back. If they threatened you with this, they're full of ****.

I'm pissed at them for threatening you with something that they couldn't do, at least not legally. And if you voluntarily gave it back, it would be a used car and they would have to sell it for much less then they sold to you.

But as others said, if you're happy, I'm happy.
