Why no DSG ???

I was reading an article with a tech guy from Ferrari recently.
Even he stated that 'Audi's DSG tranny is the best manu/matic out there'.....

so why is it only in the TT and vdub's R32, with the new A4/A6 in line for it as well....

Why not in the S4?

Will the future S/RS models go DSG over Tip ?

Obviously, I'm hoping the new RS4 uses FSI technology and gets better mileage so there ain't no GG tax on a Manual.....

I meant till the DSG Box is done final development....

I heard as early as 3 months till the approved(finally) gear boxes are done and ready for use in production cars. Then of course you have 6-9 months to actually get it into a production car. Then another 3-5 months till we see that car on our streets.
