How much loader/different than stock is the Milltek Res cat-back?

Noticeably at certain RPM...
Running at RPM 1000-2200 while in a high gear causes a noticeable cabin hum.
I have the tip, so for example if I'm going up a hill at about 40 mph and not giving much gas.
At higher RPM, the sound is a bit louder, but it's a very pleasing growl/throaty sound. When you really stand on it it rocks.
Adding the hyperflow increases throttle response and noise, I've found. (I re-installed the stock air filter for a service appt, and felt (and heard) the difference immediately)
