Default Help me brainstorm about our engine coolant system to solve my issue

Code 2181: engine coolant performance.

I am pretty sure (well really just a guess) that the car is setting that code because the engine is not heating up fast enough. I had a similar code in my Lightning because i had the wrong thermostat in it so that is where my guess is from. So I am told our car had several temp sensors and 2 thermostats. Now is each sensor in charge of monitoring a differnt temp reading for various parts of the car? And to the 2 seperate thermostats monitor 2 different areas in the coolant system?
I really think my issue is a simple fix just have to figure it out, which sensor or which thermostat. According to my dealer they have replaced one sensor and one thermostat and still no luck. does anyone know what sensor or thermostat monitors engine warm up? I guess it is not closing the thermostat fast enough.

Default All of the sensors monitor for a portion of the heat flow .....

We have three radiators. Each one comes from slightly different paths with the exception of the pasanagers side once which is only for the generator and oil cooler but returns the coolant back to the master system when cooled. Any of those little sensors could be bad cuasing a bad reading. They should be able to do output tests on the sensors which should lead them to a possible faulty sensor.

Default I've been told there are separate heat sensors for the combustion chambers to help the ECU...

adjust to avoid "pinging"..detonation...as part
of the "knocking sensors". ????

Default Yes but they are seperate from the coolant sensors

Coolant leaves from several places in the block but only enters in one place. A long they way it has several thermostats and at least 5 other sensors.
