Anyone in socal with VAG-COM willing to help out? I'm sick of the dealer...
So I asked them to program those options back and allow me to roll up the car windows with the remote lock button, and to disable the damn seat belt ding sound. I get the car back and they said called Audi and Audi said not to enable the remote window up due to "safety issues" And of course because of that they ignored all my other requests. So can someone help me out please?

Anyway, I couldn't wait for my first service to have the dealer disconnect it, so here's what I did...
Move the driver's seat all the way forward and up. Open the left rear door and (with a flashlight) find the place on the transmission tunnel where the driver's seatbelt receptacle is mounted. Find the small wire bundle that leads from the receptacle and follow it until you find a connecter. This is a standard "squeeze and pull" connector where you have to squeeze it on the sides and then pull the wires apart. If you pull and nothing happens, try squeezing a different area. Once you have disconnected this, be sure to tie-wrap the loose end to something so there is no chance it will get caught in the seat track. The seatbelt chime will never come on again (I did this in my '01 S4), HOWEVER...
Now, the airbag light stays on. This is todays job (I only unplugged it on Tuesday), which should be very easy to fix. I'm pretty sure that all I have to do is create a jumper to fool the car into thinking the seatbelt sensor is still attached.
I will report back...

Unplugging this could also have other ill effects like maybe your drivers side seat belt pre-tensioner not firing if you get in an accident.
