le-30 update!

so my unit didn't work properly

and now talking to lidatek tech support, they told me they will send me a new one immediately, very nice people!

just kept going off everytime I turned it off, it thought I was constantly being lasered. according to lidatek, moisture seemed to be the problem, moisture building up inside the unit. they've fixed the problem and only affected units in a certain range..

Damn, I'm on my 2nd unit now, and it's starting to fvck up again..

The first one would alarm constantly with no laser in sight, and then one of the transponders (I have dual) died completely. Lidatek sent me a replacement one, and now it's false alarming again - this time only when the sun is out, and it's to the side of the car... works fine at night, when it's overcast, or when the sun is ahead. Calling Lidatek tomorrow.
