when auto headlights come on, are fogs soposed to come on also?

just picked up car on tuesday and noticed that when the auto headlights come on, the fogs are off. are they soposed to be on together or is that the right way?

no, fogs are turned on manually. It's all in the owners manual.

Yes, that's how it works, and how it should work. Fog lights should only be used in fog

Of course, these ones are more or less useless in fog...

The thing that pisses me off is that you have to take the

headlights off of "auto" to turn the fog lights ( front AND rear ) on. With my 2000 2.8, I was able to switch the lights on and with 2 extra buttons on the dash, I could turn each fog light on separately - after the headlights were on of course.
