Jerkoff service advisor tells me to bring a car in on a day he is not around...
My comic book character for service advisor (those of you who know the situation know who this guy is) tells me bring the car in Monday they should be able to address things. Guess what, he isnt in today, 3 other service advisors aren't in either. What a jerk. I made an appointment, they broke it, twice going on three times. If the head service manager Tim doesnt call me back before noon, AOA is the next phone call. My B5 never leaked a drop, this car i get to a traffic light and unless the recycle air is on i get the smell of burning oil. Now the car smells like crap whenever i get out of it after driving more then 5 miles.

STINK! As you know, Ive had my issues with Audi of HV and you already know about the "reorganization" of his other place. Re-orgs dont take place unless they are necessary and they dont always prove to be fruitful. Living in this area doesnt give us much of a choice when it comes to Audi dealers of some repute or let me rephrase and say Audi dealers PERIOD! What about the selling dealer? Does he know whats going on? I know its not convenient because of his location but there is something to be said concerning taking the car back "from whence it came"! Audi does an abysmal job of reimbursing mechanics for the work that they do and I dont know of any dealer who would jump on this one, if they were being honest with you. BTW, honesty? Its a foreign term to Audi!!!

Someone cleaned up a little over there...
but the biggest ***** service advisor is still there... what's his name, Mike? He should have been the first to get dropped. Irnie apparently got canned along with Tom. But Irnie wasn't nearly as bad as ***** Mike.

Correct I got a great new story with Mike....
They scheduled me with him instead of jake and jake being the only competent one was swamped with people so he said your gonna have to deal with him today. Stood infront of his desk when he came over he told me "I cant help you, your gonna have to have someone else help you". Didnt really bother me becuase I didnt want to deal with him either. Just another reason why I might not buy an RS4 from them, or at all. And I hate to punish the sales department based on the foolish and stupid acctions of their service department.
