Captain Sheetmetal...
Hey man, what's up? Listen, do you have a Garfield thingy on your rear view mirror? The reason I ask is I was in San Fran on vacation from N.Y. last week and I saw a black avant kinda near twin peaks. I was driving a Durango rental and you(?) were at a light and I was driving perpendicular to him/you. As soon as I spotted the black S4 avant in SF you popped into my mind so I started screaming "Captain Sheetmetal" at the top of my lungs but he/you didn't hear me. He/you was talking on a cell phone w/ the windows up. I went up a little and parked and ran back but you/he was driving away. I made a little megaphone w/ my hands and screamed "Captain Sheetmetal" at the guy as he/you was driving away. This was the sunday before last, the 27th. It must have been pretty funny for a bystander, actually. Or if it wasn't you (which I don't think it was) and they heard me, they'd be like "WTF is this wacko screaming captain sheetmetal at me for"?! It's not like screaming "Bob" or "Joe". It's pretty f#ckin' esoteric to say the least! Anyway, your suggestions were good. Twin peaks was awesome! Amazing view. I just thought this was funny and you might be amused. Later!!

2 Things: First off, it's a hilarious thought that you'd run after a random person and yell
"Captaaaain Sheeeeetmeeetttaaaallll..." and you'd continue to do it after he didn't pay any attention...
Two, that you're proposing Sheethead has GARFIELD hanging from his rearview! HAHAHA. It woudl be fitting, trust me...but that's soo funny that you assume it must have been him.
If anything, he'd have a "raindbow" hanging off of his rearview...haha. Garfield. Hilarious.

Hey, I was on the other side of the country and saw a black S4 avant on his home turf so I took...
a shot. The guy definitely didn't see or hear me. As far as Garfield on the rear view, I don't know the dude so who knows? It Could have been from a chick. And it is SF after all. lol. It was a young guy w/ a close cropped haircut, why not? I thought it was pretty funny. You had to see it. My GF was like "WTF are you doing"?! What is captain sheetmetal?!

Actually, I see many S4 Avants around here--they're giving the allroad a run for its money as "the car to have" in SF. I haven't seen one with a Garfield thingy hanging from the mirror though, lol.
