The B7 front and rear are just as pretty in person as the B6, if not somewhat better.
Saw one yesterday on the dealer's lot. Much better in person than in pictures. 
If you haven't seen one in person, don't write the b7 off just yet.
The B7 looks even more luxurious and newer.

Wow. I totally disagree.
I thought the front end looked very japanese. And the rear looked very short and squatty, IMO.
But to each their own. It's what makes the world go around. Hey, somebody has to buy it! ;-p

Maybe it was just my comparison. We had a dolphin 2.0T next to an Imola S4 sedan. Both sedans. And it was just night and day to me.
The avant was across the way, and it totally looked like a woman should be driving it. I guess I just found my niche. ;-)

LOL...I thought it looked pretty good. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, I don't know. I am never going to argue that the "B7" looks <i>better</i> than the B6, but the back end doesn't look as bad as I first thought. It does not have that "holy sh-t, what a beautiful car!" factor that the B6 and B5 had when new though.

2nd. I've seen the B7 in person and think the front AND rear are totally ugly and "weak".
Bassmouth grill looks even worse on the A4 than the A6. The rear looks like a Honda Civic. The Service Tech at my dealer and I were discussing what a "disappointment" we both think the B7 exterior styling is.
