hit 11k and my car feels faster? I can only

associate this with mileage or my *** is out of tune. When the car is relativley cold and the tires are cold I can do 4 wheel burn outs now. The tires slip bad and they are not worn.

My car also felt faster after 10K, but just a seat of the pants feel. No documentation.

lots of long term tests in car mags show some get faster with age.

...man, pass that ish. I want a hit...

lol, just kidding. These engines hardly wear at all...so it wouldn't surprise me if you start to see some increase in power as the miles get higher and higher.

I was still amazed at how new my engine looked with over 18,000 miles on it.

I firmly believe this car makes at least 30 more HP/TQ when cold.

And that's comparing peak numbers to peak numbers. If you take the car at, say, 2500rpm, it feels like it makes 50 more lb/ft.

My dealer told me to expect the car to become a bit more powerful as the engine broke in. As I haven't driven it since Feb 12th due to being rear-ended, I cannot remember the difference right now!
