Found a 2004 cab. Good deal?

33,500 miles
Looks and drives like new
Premium with XM
Stock wheels & tires
New Ronals W/Nokian snows
Stock exhaust
SS cat back installed. A nice one.
$39,872
One owner trade driven in rural Wisconsin
Any thoughts?

Seems kind of expensive to me, but that's just a gut reaction. Check Kelly's Blue Book or Edmunds.

May be a decent price.

Remember guys -- the Cabriolets are far more expensive (and much rarer) than the everyday, run of the mill, everybody has one sedan. Okay, so I was a little over the top there. I paid $47,000 for my silver 2004 S4 Cab. in Nov. 05. It had 9,100 miles, all stock premium with XM, 6MT. Dealer sold it to me as CPO but so far can't prove it. Still discussing it with them. May have to get loud pretty soon.
