Hehe... Got into a race tonight... With a new Z06....

All I can say is WOW. What a car!!! It was on some long straight sections of the Turnpike. He was a very cool guy. I pulled up next to him after we had gone at it several times so that I could give him a big thumbs up and he turns on his dome light and is pointing at MY car frantically giving ME the big thumbs up with a huge smile on his face! Even after punishing me he gave props! As I was about to turn off he was downshifting to go again but I flashed my lights and put on my signal and then he waved as I turned off.

I think he had an aftermarket exhaust cause it sounded ridiculous. I love that car. I'll take two!

The new Z06 is nice, my dad has a C6....

Either way the old Z06 was ugly as hell with that short rear window and that huge *** end. You'd think chris bangle got ahold of it or something.

I had a chance to check one out at the show the other day. They did a nice job with the interior too. At least for a GM.

Well strait from a C6 owner.....

From what my dad said last night: "The leather in my car sucks compared to the leather in your car. In my car they just do the seating surfaces. You reach around the seat outside the part you sit in and you may find cloth you may find vinal. If you compare interiors my car is a severe disappointment. Of course I get 28mpg on the highway and you don't."

I guess everything in life or cars comes with trade offs, the question is which trade offs do you really care for and which ones don't matter. I know around 9pm tonight I plan to challenge him to a race. Those of you in SE PA will know that I should win this one with out even needing to step outside.
