As I was driving home last night through several inches of snow....
I was thinking, "This is so cool. Having an Audi kinda makes you a kid again (as it relates to your mentality regarding snow)." Before having this car, I was like most people who dreaded the snow forecast. But we actually get excited when we hear snow is coming! This is the only time I kinda feel sorry for our Cali and Fla brothers. You guys don't get to experience this. It's a hoot!

Snow or not winter tyres have better performance than summer when temps drop below +7°C
In fact braking distances can be more than a car lengths difference with a good winter tyre over a good summer tyre. Also don't forget, Quattro may give an advantage when getting the car moving but when stopping all cars have four wheel brakes!!!!
