Need some help before service on wed....

So I have an appointment with my audi dealer on wed. There is a loud high pitched noise coming from my car when i reverse it very slowly or go forward in first gear very slowly. Its not a grinding but rather a squelching. Its so hard to describe. Ive had it happen before but then it went away and the dealer "couldnt replicate it". Does anyone have any idea what this is or what I should tell them to look at? Any help would be appreciated. If you have any questions please ask. Thanks in advance.

I had a noise similiar to what I think you are describing with my TT...

It was only when the car was cold though. I attributed it to one of my rear brake pads rubbing on the rotor.

when its cold especially my car whistles between 2-4k rpm in 1st and 2nd...could be the same issue

I thought it could have been blown turbos but they look fine to me

I think the noise could be from a brake pad like Karrera4 said, but it happens at about 50 mph in 6th gear when the car is at about 3k rpm, but its nowhere as loud.
