I dont know what happened to the message original thread.
But Yes I am in Melbourne.
No I do not have a chip as yet.
But why are you so interested in what chip i had if i had one?
Is there some sort of preference to which group i can become i member of?
Like if i was in Queensland and join the APR Audi Club, I have to have a APR chip?
If this is the case, then I will never become a member of any group.
I will just continue to enjoy my audi.

I am mates with chux0r (and Lucas) and I have a GIAC chip and I live in Sydney and am involved with the NSW Audi club. So no there does not appear to be "some sort of preference" to a group that you suggest may be the case that I can see of so you have nothing to worry about. :-)
Also, just as an aside, I notice you refer to chux0r as chux ? Do you know him by "chux" from somewhere else maybe ? Just curious.
Anyhow, enjoy your Audi. They are fine vehicles.
