is it just me or.....
it seems like when ever a new body style a4 comes out i hate it. when the B6 came out, i thought it was stupid looking, then fell in love with it and the S4. now the b7 A4 came out, i hated it, but when i saw it in person i loved it. im hoping the same comes through when i see the b7 S4 in person because im really thinking on gettin one. it'll be a B6 or a B7, whichever i like better.
am i the only one who hates the new audi's at first, but then warms up to love em? i cant be

i don't see how people argue that the b7 is a better car when (despite the NAV) its only a facelift...i mean if the internals changed, sure....but a facelift..i guess people will always want to have the newest...i call that ***** envy

Why do you come here fore the sole purpose of
ragging on the B7? Must be ***** envy. Your behavior is infantile, at best--I would expect such behavior from a troll from a BMW or MB board or something, but not from a fellow Audi owner. I thought the purpose of these forums was to provide a place where Audi enthusiasts can help each other and enjoy our cars. Why don't you do us a favor and stay on your board unless you have something useful to say about the B7, and we'll reciprocate with regard to the B6.

The internals did change... Both ompletely different engines.... Unless you're speaking of the interior, but that can't be improved much.

I felt the same way.
I had a 99 A4 that i loved. When the lease was up and it was time for my 2002 I was real hesitant about the B6. But I eneded up liking it more than my B5. I still am not sure about the A4 and A6. I hope they grow on me. For a while I went to a Saab 93 2004 convertible and hope to get a another A4 for the other car (wife) next year.
