where to buy the e46 lip spoiler? does anyone sell them pre painted? TIA

Personally, I would get it from a BMW dealer and have it painted locally. Also, get the mounting tape from the BMW dealer - it is higher quality than you are likely to find at your local auto parts store.
I purchased one pre-painted from Avalon Motorsports in 2002 but the paint was orange-peeled. Avalon took it back with no problems. You could try Zev to see if the quality control issue has been addressed.
