Default So when do you think there will be an APR 1+ Program

i would love some injectors with APR software.

Thinking about getting the 2.0T, i just turned down an amazing deal on a 05.5 s4.

Default No need. 1+ denotes injectors. There will supposedly be an exhaust specific program or it may...

just become version 2 of their current program. cheers! Mike

shouldn't we be able to get more power out of higher flowing injectors?

Default Negative. The 2.0T fsi runs a 1600psi fuel pressure regulator...

the B6 was handicapped with a 4 bar FPR integrated into the fuel filter. This is why the B6 upgraded the injectors. Now back on the B5, you could easily swap the FPR to a 5 bar unit so the injectors were not used until the 2001MY which used VVT and other goodies. So for the B7, no need. APR is posting that they will have programming specifically for their exhaust that will add 20hp with the exhaust. It will not require injectors and it will likely be something that could become available to those even not running an exhaust as companies would rather call something "exhaust specific" rather than state they have already found a revision to their programming that may make more power. A 20hp exhaust and program increase shouldnt be cutting it that close to regulate it to only cars running an exhaust. Perhaps they will chime in and explain it better. cheers! Mike

Default Really need a direct comparison of all chip tuners using the same test conditions, car, dyno, etc.

Torque curve is what I want to see.

Default This will be an exhaust specific program that will be different than any stage 1 programming...

A turbo-back exhaust system allows certain changes to be made to the calibration that cannot be done without the hardware changes. On the transverse 2.0T applications this translates to large peak HP gains.
