Default Does '07 A4 CVT have paddles?
Does Premium pkg have paddles?

Does S-line have paddles?

Anyone know how 0-60 times compare between manual and CVT?


(and for the critics, i want a manual but the only way the wife will 'ok' the purchase is with auto...so since i can't get a DSG...i figure CVT is kinda cool)

No, I believe you have to get the S-line.

Default tip is slushy. CVT certainly feels better connected
Over 70,000 miles, and it still feels/runs great

Default Simple. Quattro... yes or no?
If you live where quattro would be beneficial then Tip if not then CVT and save some coin.

Now back to your question. The 2007 brochure specifically says "Tiptronic" paddles for the S-Line option, but doesn't say anything about multitronic/CVT, so sorry I am of no help. You need an S-Line CVT owner to chime in.

Default Interesting. I haven't heard too many CVT issues since it came out in the B6?
And I'm sure the same question marks can be placed on the long term reliability of DSG, but DSG rocks!

Default If I understand correctly, 3.2 CVT has paddles. 2.0T no, but can be had with S-Line Sport Package.
Per Audi website:

2.0T CVT 0-60 in 7.3
2.0T manual 0-60 in 7.1
3.2 CVT 0-60 in in 6.6
3.2 manual 0-60 in 6.5
