Ignition Coil Misfire?

Have since had it replaced but curious if this is a common problem and what causes it? I thought this was more of a B6 issue? Should I be concerned?

It's an Audi issue. Just keep a spare. I dont think this issue is going away soon.

Clarification - not really an "Audi" issue

Issue with the coilpack itself, few other manufacturers that use coilpacks from Bosch for example have gone through similar issues in the past. It was just more of an issue with VW/Audi a few years ago when there a large portion of the coilpacks (from Bosch I believe) had a high failure rate and Audi/VW was trying to source the coilpacks from another manufacturer but supply was very limited.
