Xenon headlights....
I assume that to get at the ignitor/ballast the front bumper needs to come out? My right light is starting to *iss me off and I like to try and troubleshoot it myself to see if it's just some lose connection vs taking it to the dealer.
If I do have to take it to the dealer, I sure hope the issue is occurring (as it seems to occur right after the car has been sitting for a long period of time), get them to see it then schedule a day to bring the car back in to get the thing resolved.

I'll email you my work order
tomorrow afternoon when I'm post-call (for the same problem that has since resolved). My right Xenon would flutter (for lack of a better word) upon starting the car but would cease after a warm up, hence the dealership never saw the problem...very annoying.
Hope the work order will serve as a frame of reference for your dealer.

Same problem
My left xenon light has been flickering for some time, and recently my right one began flickering too. There is no apparent reason for this. I had the electrical wires checked, the headlight checked, all that's left is changing the lamps. I plan on doing that this week cause it's getting annoying to have both lights behaving like camera flashes.
They flicker no matter if the engine is cold or warm, if there are bumps in the road or not, if it's standing still or moving... it will do it no matter what. I'll let you know if changing the bulbs solved the problem.

The problem began with a minor flicker that progressed over time, so I don't doubt that the lights would've gone out. The dealer eventually fixed it (over the course of two visits), although they never saw the problem first hand. I attributed this to the car already being warmed up by the time they ran their diagnostic tests.

As soon as I ever wash the car
I'm sticking a small camera and on the front bumper and record the problem and show it to the dealer as they will not fix it as they can't duplicate the issue.
