Service experience @ Riverside Audi in NJ..little long
1) Antifreeze smell from vents when using heat upon startup and after turning the heat on during driving (problem adressed by previous dealership but not resolved)
Riverside said they checked everything out and didnt find/smell anything. Two days in a row I smell the faint antifeeze smell again (at times)
2) Left side headlight blinks intermittently and sometimes goes out completely and gives 'Left Dipped Headlight' message on dash. When car is turned off and then back on the headlight works.
Intermittent warning on instrument panel. Warning resets every time car is re-started.
Riverside "all it was is a loose connector" and after I asked if they are sure I was told "trust me, we want to find something wrong with your car...that way we'll get paid to fix it"
The headlight blinking and warnings continue.
My question is...how do I adress these kind of problems....problems that obviously exist but they cant duplicate. I waited two weeks for this service and there were nice enough to give me a loaner car but my problems still persist. Any advice?
