If you chip a leased car what do you do when you turn it back in?

Get is flashed back or just leave as is with lockout?

Nope. Immobilizer prevents this unless the dealership does it for you.

$600-$800 chip = $600-800 tires. Use it and lose it, but enjoy it while it lasts......

I would just have my tuner flash it back to stock.
