Will the dealer provide Money Factor/Residual Value for leasing over the phone?

If you have been there at least once or maybe more times, and established a relationship with somebody, then very likely. Not only that, but they'll shop around at other banks to see if there are any better rates to be had. They know then that you're serious.
Otherwise it's easy for them to be vague. After all, you wouldn't tell them up front at first meeting what your personal limit is with regards to price/payment, would you? ;-)
Usually the leases with the lowest residual and money factor have some sort of fees.
Shop US Bank, BofA, and Chase, as those usually have the best rates unless Audi is doing a subvented lease.
However, you can frequently roll those fees into your lease. The potential downside is that the money factor my rise slightly.
