Good price on a 2006?

Found a new 2006 2.0T quattro automatic with tech, sunroof, and premium for 32,500. Does this sound like a good deal? Basically the same options as if I ordered a new one, though maybe I'd get the sports suspension and upgrade the audio...

Nope, brand new (<100 miles on the odometer, never titled).
