new to the party

I've been lurking for a while. Got an Ibis S-Line Titanium Avant on a 2 year lease Jan 2. I'm loving it so far, but am looking to do a few mods that I can justify with such a short lease term. Chip is a no brainer but from there it gets fuzzy. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Just remember that resale value on most mods is nil, so be prepared to eat whatever you spend.

I am assuming the RS sway bar will take out some understeer, which would be a good thing. I'm a fairly regular track day guy-I have a 993RS replica for that, but an autocross or track day in the Avant might be fun. Thanks.
