I picked up four 18" Goodyear GSD3s for under $1100 CDN which included taxes and shipping.

But check out tirerack to see what the prices are for a set of 19s. I know a guy in Canada selling a set of Hartmann 19s with tires for $1650CDN.

Go to your dealership and see if they have a tire stretching machine.

A lot of Audi dealerships have them. I think it's like $30 per tire. A lot cheaper than having to buy 4 new tires.

correct, I got mine done for $50 each, but I was also getting them stretched to fit wider wheels

19" rims do not require tires at all, you just install them and drive on the metal.

yes. and you'll need to roll the fenders too. also, i recommend a lift kit and a port&polish.
