what are the best kits or materials to use, as well as directions to powdercoat the calipers?? thanks.

 

its really not that expensive and definately not worth the possible frustration from being a guinea pig.

I got mine done about a month ago, body shop i get all my work done sent it out to get done and im damn happy they did, those guys did a grea job!

how much do you think it would cost me at a shop??

 

well a number of people had told me that the original price of $680 that i was quoted was high. I figured shipping costs (overnight both ways) were a factor in the total cost.

If I had to estimate i would say around 350-450. I could be totally off base but thats what I would guess. Best bet is to make some phone calls and get estimates. Might be a good idea to post in the regional forums and ask for reputable local shops.
