Im guessing we should have the upper edge?

well i wanted to see an chipped a4 only vs stock s4

mine is not a question. WE all know that a a4 with chip, intake and exhuast will walk from a stock 2.7TT. I had him about 2 1/2 cars until 140 km/H on the freeway

intake and exhaust dont done much to a B7 A4

Intake/exhaust is good for 10 net hp and 10 net torque. The chip is 95% of gain, get a testpipe...

An intake, testpipe, exhaust, chip will def put you into the 13s depending on altitude and driving skill. A chipped B7 should be about the same, or have a little edge over a stock B5 S4 because of the 20-30 extra lb-ft torque.
