AUDI S5 2009 OR 2010?

My S5 2009 will be coming soon around the first week of April.
I don't know about the features of S5 2010 model that will make it more unique and outstanding than 2009 model.
Does anybody know the features and approximate price of the 2010 model?
And when will the AUDI release the S5 2010 model?

Active rear differential and ADS. Pricing similar as 2009 I would think but options are more$.

LED's for sure, but I was told the Sport/Active Diff is still not confirmed for US even as an option for MY10.
