Clutch Issue Reappears!
So I made a thread about two weeks ago in regards to my bad clutch assembly, after two weeks of struggling they finally decided it was a bad throw out bearing and went through the motions to fix that. I picked up the car and have been driving it for about 6 days now and everything felt alright except for the occasional clutch sticking to the floor problem... Until yesterday when I was sitting in a parking lot waiting for dinner, when I realize that I was moving in neutral! Naturally I thought I was on a hill so I confirmed neutral was selected. In doing this I heard a large clunk almost like the transmission was locking up and away I went! The car started going just like an auto... Weird also the clutch still sticks to the floor and is slow to retract... Im starting to consider the lemon law on this car, opinions?
This along with a rough idle and stinky AC... and after spending 19 days without a car has me pissed...
Also how does one go about lemoning a car? What motions do I have to go through... Thanks everyone!

id call AOA and complain there. I hear they are pretty reasonable and will sure to do everything to keep you as a customer. Get to the point and tell them you will go to the lemon law if this problem is not addressed and you are not taken care of in the right fashion
