Default We love our FIOS. 2nd internet customer and 1st TV customer in our area

Internet service is rock solid, TV has been great as long as I haven't had to call to change service.

Default my biggest fear from Verizon has always been customer service.

they tend to be terrible and not that helpful technically.

Default Lol, well I called Optimum and they decided to lower my fees so I wouldn't uninstall.

Cable + Internet + Phone for $89.95 a month. Not bad. That will buy them some time.

Default Huge 2nd. I don't like the fact that they offer you "premium" technical support for an additional

cost, which must mean that their regular support must be pure garbage.

Default Verzion suxs to deal with even on the level I deal with them in the telco field,

there CO techs are not the best any more and trying to get them to work with yea even when you are doing a circuit for them is like pulling teeth,

Default Actually my first call/experience with tech support was GREAT...

...last night I decided to rearrange the computer desk setup. This one happened to have the hub/router on it. I powered it down to move things around.

When I powered back up, the internet did not come up. I called for support, and got right through. I explained the situation. The tech did a remote 'reboot' and I was up and running.
