Verzion suxs to deal with even on the level I deal with them in the telco field,
there CO techs are not the best any more and trying to get them to work with yea even when you are doing a circuit for them is like pulling teeth,

Actually my first call/experience with tech support was GREAT...
...last night I decided to rearrange the computer desk setup. This one happened to have the hub/router on it. I powered it down to move things around.
When I powered back up, the internet did not come up. I called for support, and got right through. I explained the situation. The tech did a remote 'reboot' and I was up and running.
