Good place to install Koni FSD on A6 - NYC or northern NJ?
Can anyone recommend a good shop to install a set of Koni FSDs on my A6?
Also how long it usually takes and what should I expect to pay for installation?

Just takes time, me and a buddy did mine. No weird specialty tools required at all. If you're hands on and have a good day off it shouldn't be too hard.
But if paying $400 for the install isn't an issue, i'd recommend it. you'd save alot of time and energy.
I'm sure any indy would do it for you as long as you have an idea of their work, if they don't have any experience with these types of cars you're bound to leave the shop with some broken-then-ductTaped-back-together parts on your car that you'll only find out about the next time your in there yourself
