I must have missed something...

After the motor fell from the car (for the second time in 6 months) as a result of failing motor mounts... I've encountered yet another problem. Everything from the previously mentioned problem has been fixed, however today while driving on the highway, I was greeted with a POP, and a complete loss of turbo pressure. The obvious answers pointed to a hose. The hose traveling from my Boost Machine to my Charge Pipe had melted off at the Charge Pipe. I replaced the hose and started the motor. I was greeted with a CEL P1297. I assumed the busted hose that I replaced would have been enough to fix the P1297. I was wrong. After clearing the code, it came back with new problems. While idleing, the RPMS will unexpectedly jump, then the motor will bog down like it's about to die. While inspecting these problems I had a good amount of white smoke pouring out from the top of the hood near the windsheild- looks like it's coming from near the turbo area. After shutting the motor off, I also noticed the same white smoke coming out of (JUST) the right side of my exhaust tips. There is a horrible smell of burning oil accompanying the smoke.

I would have thought replacing the hose to the CP would have fixed the CEL- since it did not- what are your thoughts? Secondly, what you assume to be the new cause of the massive smoke problem now?
