Temperature Sensor Confusion

2004 A6 2.7 Quattro, throwing "16502 Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Signal too high P0118 - 35 - 00" codes. Seems I need a new sensor. This is where it gets confusing. Audi dealership shows part numbers 8D0959481B and 357919369F. Parts supplier says I need 059919501A. I have no clue. I want to order the right part. Anyone have experience or thoughts on this?

Why does the dealer show two different part numbers? Buy the sensor from the dealer. It's cheap and it has been updated a bunch of times; you want to get the most current version.

My dealer is not the best in the world, they're just the only dealer for hundreds of miles. Parts guy at dealership shows a 2-pin switch and a 4-pin unit. I trust my parts supplier (genuinevwaudiparts.com) more. And their prices are better. Just looking for definitive confirmation.

Four pin. Get a new o-ring and a new clip too.

The 357919369F is the 2 pin, looks just like a fuel injector electrical connector. I have one in my hand (that doesn't work)
