CEL - again after fitting a new primary O2 sensor....

CEL - again after fitting a new primary O2 sensor....
Looks like I got a faulty sensor unless there is anything alse which can cause the 17521 code?
I am still on the lookout for the EGT sensor but this does not seem to trigger the CEL?
