Cluster Failure Class Action Suit
I submitted the claim to the settlement administrator back before the cutoff date and was sent a letter back confirming that my vehicle was included in the class and that I had been authorized for the repair. Long story short, Audi customer service is asking for the original letter that was mailed back confirming that I had been approved for the repair.
My question is this....
Does anyone out there still have a copy of this letter? I'm pretty good with keeping documents but am having trouble locating it. If I could see what it looked like, it might help. This was months ago, so i'm having a difficult time remembering....
they just want a copy of the letter.
THANKS GUYS!
I have the orginal settlement claim form instuctions minus what I sent in do you want that?

The deal at Lexus is the level of kiss ***. Lexus service people are all over you like a cheap suit, VERY professional, prompt, etc. The way service should be
At the Boston Audi dealers, you barely get a hello. Then they fix the car wrong, need anothre appointment to fix what they broke, have to wait for parts to come in, only to find out they ordered the wrong part. Then, unrelated to my rant, (as posted in another thread) they have the b@lls to charge $42 for a theromstat!!
If you want an exciting (not in a good way) have your car serviced at Audi (or at least in the Boston locations). I have had better experience at independent audi service than at the dealers.
We got the cluster letter and a refund pretty quick. Went pretty smooth. No issue.
But I agree, after owning a Lexus, it was a boring but well built car. The TT is 180 degrees from that. Less than enthused with the build quality and service, but is fun to drive (when it isn't being fixed).
Heck our TT makes my MGs look reliable!
