My gauge cluster shows MPG instead of miles to empty. How to change it?

1) How do you change from MPG to Miles to Empty on Gauge Cluster?

2) Also, I've been driving for a whole week and all the time it shows 16.7MPG? Why isn't this changing? What is wrong?

Please help me.

there is an up/down toggle button on the end of the wiper stalk, which will allow you to toggle between the various displays. The button on the bottom of the stalk turns it on/off.
