my registration crashed with this new beta
I have had to re-register, slightly modifying my user ID from TraderAlex to TraderAlex1, and use a different email address.
I discovered, about 2 1/2 weeks ago, that I could not log on using my 8-year old user ID and PW. The website still seems to rcognize my original ID and email address. But even when I requested a temporary PW from Audiworld (which I received), I found that I was still not able to log in to my account with the new PW. I tried contacting the site administrators several times, asking for assistance. But they have chosen to ignore me. So here I am with a new ID as the only solution I could work. Trying different pc's to log in with the original made no difference. Has anyone else here had this problem? Any idea what might have happened?
