Default Semi OT.. Got a new Impact gun.. From home depot.. [photo added]

I picked up a Husky 650lb/ft impact, my old Craftsman was really struggling, and consuming tons of air..

this new gun, it's really nice, light weight (composite) and FAST. It's got dual hammers, and 3 fwd and 3 reverse settings. Best part about it, it's CHEAP. I think I paid a buck and a quarter for it.

How does it work? It rips. lug bolts, which had not been loosened all winter, just zip right out, with no effort. It can loosen the lugs on my tractor, which my old Craftsman, even when newer, would not budge.

Just FYI, for those of us who like our air tools.. =)

home despot?....did you have to show a gun to get that impact gun, or are you just a despot to begin with?

I was thinking of you when I decided to post it.. Remember how mine struggled a bit when we were working on your car? This new one makes things look easy.

Exactly. When changing wheels I have to initially loosen the lugs by hand, as my current impact gun can't manage the 100 lb/ft or seizing in place. New one would speed the job up considerably.

Stupid question: can you guys recommend a good torque wrench? Craftsman? Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears? I've read Harbor Freight can be hit or miss.
