Rear Interior panel squeaking on my 01 TT Roadster -------> Driving me crazy --->HELP

Hi there,

Can someone please pass me the instruction for taking out the rear interior panel (the panel right above the rear speakers) for MK1 TTR???

That panel just keeps squeaking from inside, sounds like 2 plastics rubbing each other, very similar to the noice on an old wooden chair. I already tried putting silicon into the upper part of the panel (the one attachd to the roll bar), but problem unsolved. IT'S DRIVING CRAZY...

IF someone encountered this and know the solution, pls let me know..

That will do for the center console. Anyone has instruction to take off the rest pls? Squeaking is from the right console right below the seatbelt.

My chronic squeaking noise is from the cup holders. I assumed you reached back and

pressed panels to find squeak?

confirmed to be something inside the panel. It stops squeaking when I press on it. I actaully put some silicon along with some double sided tape in the top part of the panel (the one attached with the rollbar), but still unresolved. That's why I want to try the lower panel now.
