Bilstein Struts for 1999 A6 quattro

Bilstein Struts for 1999 A6 quattro
I want to know if Bilstein shock part number BE5-6508-H0 will fit my 1999 A6 quattro? From what I can tell online, it only fits FWD A6's, not Quattro. Are they intercangeable parts? Will a strut for a 2000 A6 quattro fit my '99 A6? I just clicked 105K on the odometer and I've changed timing belt/water pump, etc. I'm gonna keep her for the next 100K miles, so I want the best for my A6! Wouldn't you? Thanks,

According to my sources, Bilstein has recently updated their application list and the spec for the '99 A6 Quattro is as follows:
Front - BE5-6508-H2
Rear - BE5-6509-HO
I don't know how the 6508-H2 differs from the 6508-HO, if at all. I suspect it's simpy a part number differentiation.
The previous sole spec for this model was the VNE-4577, a twin-tube shock (read: "lame for this appication) for the front only. Apparently, others have been using the 6508 and 6509 for '97-'02 A6 Quattros with no problems.
