alternator question.
i just pulled out my alternator on my s6, i glanced over the bently manual prior to pulling it. so i took out both bolts and the two nuts that hold the electrical connections on the back. once i had it out, i looked and there is a male spade connection on the back of it. i never pulled the wire for this. it may have come off when i pulled it out, not sure.
my question is: is there actually something attached to that spade connector?
i says in the bently that there is. but i cant find the wire. it may have popped off and be hiding there, but i saw nothing.
any help is appreciated.
im bringing my alternator away to get rebuilt, as it was moaning like a ____.
