That is a nice car indeed.
There is a 2002 audi s6 on audizine for 15k. it has 93,000miles, but it is half the price.
I bought my 02 s6 in september with stoptech brakes, bilstein coilovers, mtm chip and exhaust, in very nice condition with 72k on it for 18,600.
I think right now 22k would be reasonable. the price of vehicles is low right now. but im not sure..maybe lower, maybe higher.
