Hey guys, I need your input...
Im approaching the 95k mark on my 3.2l DSG. Im going to buy the parts, as always, put the one that I can do in myself and have a dealer who does all my other stuff, do the rest. Few things I would like to know. *Mind you, I have the FAQ's under my favorites but its almost impossible to find what I need with the site change*.
-What are good brakes and rotors I should look to get, and possibly where?
-My CEL came on, got the code read, its the MAF. From my understanding it could be just dirty or I need a new one. The light is off at the moment. Where is it located and is it an easy fix?
-Does anyone have the site to get the materials to do a DSG oil change. I dont think it's ever been done so I would like to do it.

hey there! i actually have a question for you. i just bought a great condition certified 3.2 2005 DSG with 53,000 miles. what year is your car and how reliable has it been for you? especially the DSG. anything i should or should not look forward to in terms of repairs or maintenance? my DSG makes a slight tinny rattle on acceleration (nothing too bad), is this normal? seems like a solid car.

I have a 2004 3.2. It's definitely a great car and fun to drive. The repairs Ive needed have been a new tie rod, a new axle, a coil pack...thats it i believe and it was covered under warranty. real solid car. Quattro was GREAT during the winter. I was getting through mounds of snow as if it were a pick up. The rattling you may be hearing is the clutch grinding when you're in a higher gear with low RPM *like a normal stick*. GOOD LUCK!!!
