Holy $hit that track is a BLAST!!!! But be forewarned...DO NOT go out there w/o sufficient brakes...I had a bad experience w/ street pads (Porterfield R4S)..bad bad idea...we are talking 120 MPH!

After the 2nd 30 minute session I had burned though a 2 week old set of pads!!! To the point where the pistons on one side actually pushed THROUGH the pad backing!!!!! Had to remove one caliper for the drive home and plug the brake line with a "AN" nut to get home. Barely had any brakes on the way home...was a bit scary..but played it safe.

Anyways gents...get out there it is sick!

PS- I passed a C5 Corvette..yes and he was cool w/ it...ya!

jeebus!! how old were the pads?

I'm running Porterfield R-4 race compound stuff. They're a big meh.

Back in business...replaced pads, pistons, and fluid..back on the road.

Just ordered set of Raybestos ST-43 for the track
