Wheel repair/refinishing experience?
Am considering having my BBS "lace" wheels refinished by a local company. According to the previous owner, there was substantial road rash on them so he had a shop grind a miniscule amount from the outer rim edge in, about 2", to smooth the surface. Now, several years later, the ground area is badly and unevenly discolored. I'm hoping someone can tell me of good experiences with refinishing because I really love the look of these wheels on this car. Thanks in advance for your thoughts
