Bose Sound System
i have a 98 2.8q and i was wondering if there was any way to upgrade my bose stuff... i have no idea how it works but all i know is that i dont want to completely rewire my car and get aftermarket speakers etc... i just think that 10 year old speakers are 10 year old speakers regardless of the make lol and i want to see if i can do anything about it.

Oh, are you talking about getting like new Bose speakers? I did that.. I kinda like re-newed the sound. I thought I wouldnt hear a difference but was wrong. Bose surpasses after market crap.

It cost me like $ 850.00 or less, I bought them from Bose directly. Same size speakers. As for the rear sub, I bought a new one from eBay. It was hard to find but it was worth it. Umm, as for installing it. The sub in the back was the easiest. I didnt replace the door handle speakers, those are good. I updated the door speakers, rear and sub.
The speakers alone for the front were like $ 120.00 and than other stuff added up. Taking the door panels off was hell. I was obsessed not to scuff the panels or anything.
